This Privacy Policy explains how SyntraOps Wellness Tracker may collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the app, website, dashboards, reminders, alerts, and related services.
SyntraOps Wellness Tracker is designed as a personal wellness tracking and organization tool. Because users may enter sensitive wellness or health-adjacent information, we treat user data with heightened care even when a specific healthcare privacy law may not apply.

5. Third-Party Providers
We may use third-party providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, push notifications, logging, domain management, and related infrastructure. These providers may process information as needed to provide their services.
Current or expected providers may include services such as Vercel, Clerk, Supabase, domain and DNS providers, and browser push notification services.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only as needed to provide the service, comply with law, protect rights and security, respond to lawful requests, complete a business transfer, or with your direction or consent.
7. Health Privacy and HIPAA Notice
SyntraOps Wellness Tracker is not intended to be used as a covered entity healthcare service, health plan, healthcare clearinghouse, business associate service, official medical record, or provider-facing clinical documentation platform unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
HIPAA and other privacy laws may apply differently depending on who is using the service, what information is entered, the user role, the purpose of use, and whether the service is offered through a covered entity or business associate relationship. Users are responsible for determining whether their use is subject to HIPAA, state consumer health privacy laws, professional obligations, employer rules, or other requirements.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for using strong passwords, protecting your devices, and keeping your login credentials confidential.
9. Data Retention

10. Access, Correction, and Deletion
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request. Some information may be retained where required or permitted by law, security needs, backup systems, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes.
