Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SyntraOps Wellness Tracker, including the website, app, dashboards, reminders, alerts, inventory tracking tools, and related services.

By creating an account, accessing the app, or using any SyntraOps Wellness Tracker feature, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Purpose of the Service

SyntraOps Wellness Tracker is a personal tracking and organization tool. It may help users record self-entered information related to wellness routines, product inventory, open vials, reminders, injection-site rotation, incoming orders, and completed logs.

The service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, dosing recommendations, product safety validation, pharmaceutical services, or clinical decision-making.

2. No Medical, Pharmacy, or Emergency Services

SyntraOps Wellness Tracker is not a medical provider, pharmacy, compounding pharmacy, prescriber, pharmacist, laboratory, or emergency service. The app does not determine whether any product is appropriate, lawful, safe, effective, sterile, properly labeled, properly stored, or suitable for human use.

Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before starting, stopping, changing, or combining any medication, peptide, supplement, injection routine, wellness product, or health-related protocol.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all information you enter into the service. You agree not to use the app to violate any law, regulation, prescription requirement, product label, clinical instruction, or professional standard.

You are responsible for verifying all reminders, schedules, inventory amounts, dates, logs, and alerts. The app may contain errors, delays, missed notifications, calculation issues, or incomplete information.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

5. Alerts and Notifications

The app may offer in-app alerts, push notifications, and future optional integrations such as Google Chat, Discord, Slack, or similar tools. Alerts are provided for convenience only and should not be relied upon as the sole source of medication, wellness, inventory, or safety information.

Notification delivery may be delayed or fail due to device settings, browser settings, network conditions, operating system restrictions, third-party service outages, or configuration errors.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SyntraOps Wellness Tracker to:

  • Provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or dosing guidance to others.
  • Sell, market, distribute, prescribe, compound, or dispense regulated products.
  • Misrepresent products as FDA-approved, clinically validated, or safe for human use.
  • Upload unlawful, misleading, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to access another user account or data.
  • Interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the service.
  • Use the service for unlawful commercial activity.

7. Commercial and Business Use

Unless SyntraOps provides a separate written agreement, the service is provided for individual tracking and organization. Commercial use, reseller use, clinical use, pharmacy use, provider use, or enterprise use may require additional terms, privacy review, security review, and written authorization.

8. Third-Party Services

The service may depend on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, email delivery, push notifications, analytics, domains, and related infrastructure. SyntraOps is not responsible for third-party outages, errors, policies, data handling, or service limitations.

9. Data Accuracy and Availability

We work to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times. You should keep independent records for any information that is important to your health, safety, finances, compliance, or operations.

10. Intellectual Property

SyntraOps Wellness Tracker, including its design, workflows, branding, dashboards, copy, structure, and software elements, is owned by SyntraOps or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or exploit the service except as permitted by these Terms or a separate written agreement.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SyntraOps disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SyntraOps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, medical outcomes, regulatory consequences, or reliance on reminders, alerts, calculations, or user-entered information.

13. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the service or these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted in the app. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
